I loved the hotel. Clean room, that also was lovely with a queen size bed. The staff was supper friendly and very very helpful, took good care of everyone.
The bed was a little small, that's sad thing.

I came here with my pet. The staff were super-friendly and amicable, helped with any issues. Loved my stay in this hotel.

The parking situation felt chaotic, limited to street parking with congestion during peak hours. The bathroom was cramped with a slippery shower floor. There were only two pillows on a double bed, and the lamp fixtures weren't installed yet, leaving the room dimly lit. I noticed some stains on the towels which didn't sit right with me.

A reasonable price and a convenient location near the World Cruise Centre made this a good choice. The staff were helpful throughout my stay. On the downside, parking was limited, requiring me to walk a distance after late arrival, and I encountered noise from other guests which disrupted my comfort.
